Seoul, South Korea – September 23, 2024 — A landmark partnership was officially sealed between IEK Infra Engineering Korea Co., Ltd. and RMR Capital Inc., solidifying a strategic alliance that aims to propel infrastructure development across both South Korea and the Philippines.

The signing ceremony, held at IEK Infra Engineering Korea’s head office in Gangnam, Seocho-gu, Seoul, was led by Mr. Seokjae Kim, CEO of IEK Infra Engineering Korea, and Dr. Reghis M. Romero II, Chairman of RMR Capital Inc. and R-II Builders.

Present were key figures including Mr. Seokjae Kim (CEO, IEK Infra Engineering Korea), Ms. Juna Kim (COO), Mr. Bob Hwang (VP), and Mr. Yongsoo Samuel Cho, CEO and President of HQ Special Energy Philippines, alongside Dr. Reghis M. Romero II of RMR Capital Inc.
 

The meeting highlighted upcoming private and government-backed infrastructure initiatives between Korea and the Philippines, including Waste-to-Energy projects in partnership with IEK HQ Philippines and HQ Special Energy Philippines—a testament to IEK’s growing commitment to clean energy and sustainable engineering solutions.
